Fitpro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your FitCasa AI subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment provider. To request a refund, visit paddle.net, sign in with the email used for your purchase, locate the transaction, and submit a refund request. You may also contact Fitpro support through the app profile for help.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or via paddle.net. After cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period, and there are no future renewal charges.

Processing Time

After approval, refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and bank.
